The AI service provides platform APIs for conversational AI used by the SPEKTRA Edge Dashboard, Agent Dashboard, Alerting remediation flows, and other service-account callers.

It manages:

  • Chat model deployments (ChatModel)
  • Conversations and conversation feedback
  • Capability templates (tool and capability presets)
  • Connectors and connector user tokens for tool integrations
  • Search databases, indices, and documents for retrieval-augmented context
